Sew4Home Tuxedo Pillowcase Project

0959-tux-pillowcase-1_b.jpgWe are so excited that our friends at Sew4Home have created an exciting series for fabric.com that will include projects, sewing tips, product reviews and a giveaway!  The theme is called Lush and Plush and it is just in time for the cold weather and the giving season. There will be something new in the Lush and Plush series at Sew4Home every weekday through November 11th.
The first project is a fabulous tuxedo inspired pillowcase made from Timeless Treasures' Tailor Flannel collection. Sew4Home does a beautiful job of not only writing in depth instruction for their projects, but also showing you pictures of the steps involved. I am definitely one of those people that look at the pictures on a pattern to make a project before resorting to actually reading the instructions.
As you can see, these pillowcases will make a fabulous gift for the man in your life, or a terrific addition to a bedroom. I can also see a set of these pillowcases made in a white-on-white version from a luxurious fabric like 100% linen that has been washed a few times for softness and to reduce wrinkling.
Stay tuned through November 11 for more in the series from Sew4Home and fabric.com!
