A Sparkling 9th Day of Christmas
In my quest to banish my blue jeans for the holidays in lieu of something a little dressier, I have a sparkling idea that may start with a little wardrobe recycling. I think a little embellishment is in order this time of year. If you have a
sweater or cardigan that has taken up residence in the back of the drawer or the closet, pull it out and give it a make over. I picked up a printed cardigan at Old Navy. It needed
a little more ''holiday,'' so I adhered two sizes of crystals close around the neck. It looks a little more subtle in my pictures than it is in person. If you don't have crystals, take a look at your stash and see what you do have. Some beads and sequins can go a long way on a patterned sweater or blouse. Change the buttons on your cardigan to something in pearl, crystal or jet. You'd be surprised at how much a
small change can bring new life to a Recycled Wardrobe piece. Happy Holidays! Kristl

Kristl, I saw your blog and noticed that you and me have the same last name. Since our name is not a common name, I thought we might see if we have any family in common. If you'd like, email me dpelz01@hotmail.com. Thanks.
